Beautiful place to stay

I don't know where to start, but I think I'm going to rate this apartment as I would have liked to read some reviews from anyone else. The apartment is very safe, the arrival is autonomous, it has internet to be connected 24/7 without leaving the house. For me it was like a super safe place since the people you will have as neighbors in the building are very friendly, very warm, they take care of you, they make you feel at home, The apartment next door, Erena is an extraordinary person, with her you can count on for some breakfast, food and also to wash your clothes. It has balconies that allow you to enjoy a view that you absolutely have to experience. The bathroom is very nice. Many would like to know what the details of the house are like. For me it is very important that a bathroom is comfortable and that it has good space, so this one meets the requirements. A kitchen equipped for basic needs. There is a store, bakery, restaurants, all within 20 meters. Well-lit and quiet streets 24 hours.

Close to the University and Revolution Square

Perfect place to get to Havana. Kenia is a wonderful person and helped us a lot with our arrival and departure, (we stayed again at the end of the trip). The location is perfect for walking to many places and the house is very nice.

Ivis place is the place ti stay in Habana. Walkable distance between Havana Vieja and El Veda’s with the Malecón steps away. You really feel you are living in Havana staying and the Centre where regular Cubans go about their lives. There’s a few restaurant options and night venues not far away. The place is EXTREMELY CLEAN and it has all amenities for you to cook if needed. There was even salt and oil there as well as shower gel on the bathroom. Ivis allowed me to check in VERY early- 6 hours ahead checking time which I deeply appreciated and was always responsive and at reach. She has a very friendly and amicable manner as I’m discovering is common about Cubans. Will definitely come back. Price is great too for what it offers.

Martha is a warm generous friendly host who met us at the apartment and showed us how keys etc worked. Apartment was clean and in a great location. Martha was on hand at the end of the phone (located in the apartment) to answer questions about transport and banking hours. A great host. I would definitely recommend her apartment to friends visiting Havana

Janhna's house is wonderful and is located in the heart of Old Havana, 260 meters from the Bodeguita del Medio. Very clean house with an exceptional breakfast prepared by Maria who is charming and very kind. We felt right at home and Janhna was always looking out for us. We have to thank you for allowing us to leave our bags in the house on the day of our departure until we left for the airport. If I go back to Cuba, I will definitely stay at her house again.

Great specious house with lots of rooms.. great location with lots of restaurants and constant transportation passing thru the streets. Jenny was alway a call away and helped in every way to find restaurants or suggestions. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place and amazing hosts! Elvira and Gerardo made sure we were comfortable at all times and were available whenever we had questions. They are super helpful and very knowledgeable on where to go and the transportation system around the city. The place was spacious, clean with all the amenities - it lacked nothing. This will definitely be our place to stay when visiting Cuba.

We were very well received by our hostess who helped us in everything we need. The villa was clean and had good kitchen utensils, as well as a hairdryer and washing machine. I highly recommend this place.

He answered all our questions promptly and offered thoughtful recommendations, which made a big difference. The apartment was exactly as pictured, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. We had a really great stay. The place is just next to the beach. You walk through a small patch of grass and you are on the beach. Alberto is a real gem. He is incredibly kind and helpful. He is willing to help in any way he can. Our stay was way too short. We arrived in the afternoon and had to leave early in the morning. Alberto arranged a taxi for us to get us to the airport. The driver arrived right on time. It all went very smoothly. I would definitely stay again!

I stayed at Frank's house for 9 days, I found it better than my house, both because of the house itself and the services offered. Frank has built a team that works better than a Swiss watch, they are always attentive to any customer request. I highly recommend it to those who must stay in Havana.

Laura's place was great, house staff (Osmel and Yanixa) were incredibly kind. They were very attentive and so helpful throughout my stay. They brought me coffee from the market, helped me hire a driver and made the arrangement for me. One night I wanted to watch a movie from my laptop, Osmel was kind to bring me an HDMI cable for the TV. Very trustworthy and polite people. They even cut me fresh pineapples! Brought me beers without ripping me off. They provided me instructions and took time out to be available. They accommodated my late flight, gave me recommendations of places. I can speak very highly of them and for their care. The house was very nice, more like a mansion. No power outages, I always had hot water with pressure. Washroom was very nice with a double sink. Bed and linens were great. Kitchen was solid with a big modern fridge and stove. Living room had a great big sectional sofa. Dining table was very nice, with fresh flowers on the table. Backyard was great!

My boyfriend and I spent the first night of our trip in this beautiful apartment, Maykel was immediately available for any kind of explanation and advice about Havana: from how the social and historical structure of Havana works to classic advice on where to eat. Thanks to him, I spent my first day in Havana Vieja without any difficulties. Regarding the house, it is really clean and comfortable, the bathroom perfectly matches the photos. In addition to all this, it has a terrace with a truly breathtaking view of the city (to be seen at sunset). Personally, I fell in love with both Cuba and its people. A personal tip: take an interest and don't stop at appearances. Havana may seem like an old crumpled postcard, but Cubans know its value and if you listen, you'll understand it too.
