Vacation rentals in Al Mouj Muscat, Seeb

It was a joy to stay at Mazin's place during our time in Oman. We wanted a calm location where we could rest but easily access main areas of Muscat etc, and this apartment was an absolute gem. It felt like a little home away from home. Every detail was very considered - it was immaculate, smelt beautiful and Mazin is incredibly kind, helpful and generous as a host! The balconies are perfect to relax on in the evenings or to watch the sunrise from in the morning, and the front room has a smart TV for easy viewing. Location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood ~5 minutes away from the supermarket and ~20 minutes from Seeb Beach and many other key locations. Highly recommend!

A perfect stay! The accommodation was spotless: very clean, spacious and very well-equipped, everything is thought out for the comfort of guests. The host was exceptional, very available and attentive. A great experience, I recommend it without hesitation and will be back with pleasure!

The apartment is located in an exclusive residential complex between Muscat and Al Seeb. It is very quiet there and the 1-minute walk to the marina and the promenade The Walk with lots of restaurants and cafes is very easy to reach. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the stand. There are no umbrellas there, so you should bring them with you. The apartment is very spacious and comfortably furnished, we lacked nothing. Dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer are available, so you don't have to pack too many clothes. Upon our arrival, the apartment was clean and Armani immediately took care of our additional requests. There was still a towel and a fresh sheet missing, which was brought the next morning. We only used the air conditioning from time to time to cool down the bedrooms a bit, it is very quiet and powerful. The private pool next door is also great! We will be happy to come back.😊

Muscat Bay is a starkly elegant new development in tje middle of the rocky Bandar Jissah. A series of low buildings with flats and houses, bordering a man-made wadi. It is very elegant, with a good pool and a small Spar for everyday shopping. Ideal to relax away from tje hustle and bustle of Muscat and near amazing beaches in matoral coves - some privatised by the Jumeirah or Shangri La resorts, some public. The flat is a spacious first floor one bedroom apartment, with a czy balcony. It was exactly what I needed for a week of total relaxation. There is a also café above the shop and pharmacy. My host was very attentive and the staff on the ground were helpful too. All in all, a lovely peaceful week.

Great location near the marina. Good opportunities for shopping and eating.

The villa was one of the nicest villas in The Wave Muscat. Close to the pool, ample parking. Short Walk to the main area packed with restaurants, shops, and a vibrant nightlife. Naseer personally came to the villa to welcome us and even invited us to his private home with his family to drink coffee. The villa is minutes away from the Muscat airport. A drivable distance from mutrah souk, mall of Oman, etc. The stay was well worth the price and if o could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Bader was a great host, really friendly, quick to communicate and help/deliver anything we needed. The apartment was clean (although a little wear and tear is showing) and had plenty of space for cooking and hanging out. We appreciated having access to a washing machine and clothes dried quickly on the balcony. There is is a grocery store downstairs which was handy (also makes a good drop-off point for taxis) and parking was free and easy. Thank you again for hosting!

Jokha was an incredibly accommodating host! When I first checked in the wifi wasn't working. She was very responsive and came over with her son to fix it. She also gave me some laundry soap to do a load of laundry. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean, and has a designated parking spot. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is clean, the location is great and has many hypermarkets/mall and restaurants around. The secondary bathroom is small for an above average built person; kitchen could be better equipped and side tables could be a plus for the second room with twin beds. Salim is very responsive and was always available on text. He accommodated our late check out request which is very nice of him to do. Overall I would recommend his place.
