Very nice accommodation in a great location. We love the kittens that saint on the balconies. Some may not like the fact that there are kitten food on the balconies (at least ours that was on the first floor) so it's a good idea to know. Strictly no smoking rule in the outdoor areas.

We only stayed for a day, so we didn’t have to wake up early and travel from Athens to Lavrio before our ferry took off. Lefteris and their family took great care of us, even showing us where to find the keys and helping us with the door (I was pushing the door when it was a pull haha). Checkin and checkout was super smooth and the house was very nice and had room to sleep many!

The perfect getaway island for a young family. Pavlos and Maria are exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful. We loved the ease of the location with a one year old - 20m from the beach and great restaurants, and also with a cot, high chair, potty and changing mat. Loved it!

First of all, I thank the host who was always available to answer our questions. The setting is great, the place is very peaceful, close to a restaurant and Les Halles store. I really think I'll be back very soon. A gem.

I’ve rented a lot of Airbnbs all over the world m and this was by far the best run, best value and in the best location relative to what visitors want. Ps - For perspective on my review I’ll add that I am a picky/hard to please lawyer, and still I was extremely impressed.

Loved this place so much that we came back ! Walkable distance to the centre of the town, super clean, lots of balconies and the rooftop is amazing with 4 lounge chairs ! Krassy is super nice and answer super quickly she was also flexible on the check out. Definitely recommend

We had previously stayed at another listing by Spyros and were extremely satisfied with the accommodation, service, and communication with the host. Therefore, we decided to book Spyros' place to host our guests. Our guests absolutely loved the apartment—they felt very comfortable, at home, and were thoroughly satisfied with their overall experience, including the smooth check-in and check-out process. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, sunny, warm, and cozy, and includes all listed amenities and more. Communication with the hosting team was excellent throughout. This apartment not only offers incredible views of the Acropolis it is so convenient to everything you could plan on doing during your visit to Athens. Romanos was a great host and was always extremely responsive to questions and provided great recommendations on restaurants and places to see!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Adam. The Villa was beautiful luxurious and private. We had a group of 12 and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. This was the highlight of our holiday. We loved the pool, views and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. We would defiantly come back again and can highly recommend this Villa with wonderful hosts. Thank you.

Amazing views. Spotless Clean and with everything you need.

We stayed at the villa for six days as a family of 11 and all had a truly fabulous time. The villa is new, spotless and beautifully designed with high end furnishing. The outdoor is stunning and the pool - a real gem. The owners thought of everything, including a pool for toddlers that is part of the main pool. The rooms are spacious and indulging and the views from the villa are spectacular. There are multiple dining areas for large crowds so you could spend one meal overlooking the beautiful pool and garden and the other - overlooking the adjacent sea. Lastly, the owner George, was 100% available for us - kind, generous and extremely responsive. Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is of great quality and has everything one would want for a short or longer stay. The location is extremely convenient. The beach is walkable - although the way back is up a very steep hill. The local tavernas had great food. Otzias is close to the main port and only 10-15 minutes away from supermarkets, a pharmacy and more restaurants. The beaches on the South side of the island are a bit further (30-40 mins conservative driving) but they make a great day outing. All in all this was a great place to stay. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. 5 stars.

Our stay at the Palamidi Guesthouse was great. The location is secluded as we wanted , but at the same time with easy and quick access to every part of the island. In a few minutes you could find a bakery, super market, pharmacy, restaurants , sights, beaches, etc. The Guesthouse , really has what is important for a guest (vacationer or employee) and is not accidental but thought out. Christos is a great host. Discreet and more than helpful, for anything you need. Its suggestions are all quality, so you don't search and have a much better time. It is of course reversible and is highly recommended to those who want to visit the island and not stay noisy areas.

Perfect place , beautiful views , peace, quiet, generally very charming place. The only drawback(not for everyone ) that there was no glass on one of the floors of the terrace, but only a barrier through which younger children can fall out, so you have to watch out, but with no reservations . It was beautiful ;)

This is a beautiful home that has absolutely a wonderful environment with a serene surrounding. Being an artist’s home - everything including the furnishing was beautiful to look at and be in that space. The bedding and the towels were exceptional. Our host gave us very important information as to where to dine and made our stay perfect.

The place is perfect for families with kids. From one side there is no pool which we saw as benefit since you don’t need to look for the kids all the time and they can just ran in the amazing garden, from the other side you can just open the gate at the end of the garden and go to a privet beach. Supper recommended!
