Kid-friendly and functional house (used as home) located in quiet neighborhood of Viby. Bus connection to Aarhus C right in front of the door. Associated garden, terrace and private parking. 2 bedrooms, one of which has a 160 cm bed and the other has a sofa bed. It is also possible to sleep on the sofa in the living room if you want it. In addition, there is a newer bathroom with a washing machine and a double, as well as a living room/common room. Suitable for couples, family or same travelers. Lovely sprawling garden with terrace and greenhouse.

In addition, it can be made up inside the living room on a double air mattress and on a very spacious sofa. A baby bed can also be set up in the bedroom and other equipment for children can also be used.
