We used the place for a short trip with a toddler and felt very comfortable right away. The apartment was small but nice. Everything we needed was on site. We would like to emphasise the hosts. Super nice, totally sweet and hospitable. We will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed it very much overall. The surroundings are very quiet and you can relax perfectly. It takes some time for the hot tub to be really hot, but it's worth the wait. 😊 Nothing was missing in the apartment. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed as it was pretty saggy. Of course, it is still convenient for a weekend. Really recommend!!!

Well-maintained home. Nice garden and quiet. Walking 5 minutes into the woods where you can enjoy hiking. Bathroom was excellently equipped, neat and clean. Kitchen was also very nice, even sharp knives! We had a great stay and went home fully rested.

Had an excellent stay at this location. It all looked neat and the host makes sure you have a nice stay. Example: A corkscrew was missing, without Sandra's knowledge, and she arranged another one that afternoon. Furthermore, beautiful surroundings!

It is a beautiful, clean and neatly maintained large chalet, where everything is at hand. Nice with a nice fenced garden (for the dogs), where you could sit comfortably with nice weather. In principle, it is in the middle of the nature reserve , we could walk into nature in no time. The grounds of the park look a little worn out, but that makes the chalet with garden itself completely okay👍🏾. And we understood that there are plans to fix the whole of the park. We had a nice few days there and have been to both Drenthe and Groningen and Germany, all of which can be reached by car.

Lovely house! Beds really need an upgrade, especially the one downstairs. Park was nice, shame the pool was closed.

We had a really nice time in Nieuw-Annerveen. The house is beautiful and really quiet. Especially the view into the nature is breathtaking. Titia was a really nice host and she was flexible and straightforward with the check-in. We will definitely come back!

Rolfs place is located at very nice location and has lots of room to stay. It was very easy to stay there and if I come back to Assen area I most likely go back if Rolfs place is available.

It was very nice relaxing days. The place was clean and had a great facility. A quiet location in a nice little bungalow park. We were with an 8-month-old baby and felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the indoor pool in the bungalow park due to renovations - but we were also informed of this early on. Instead, there was a great playground and there were toys even in the accommodation. Highly recommended.

Nice chalet by the forest!

The chalet was very cosy, especially when it started snowing. With the heating system we never felt cold. The campsite and the forest were gorgeous and we enjoyed many wonderful walks with our dogs. Everything was a bit far from the chalet but the bus station was right outside of the campsite and the nearest supermarket was 3-4 stops away. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for having us and our dogs. We had a great time. (For gamers and social media lovers: the internet speed was very fast ).

We had a few things in Groningen and Drenthe on our to-view-do list, and this was a great location for all of that. A quiet campsite, in a small but cosy chalet. A car is needed. Your host is very responsive, and truly helpful. Kitchen is basic, but has all you need. Enough place outside to sit, our kids found a dvd movie they liked, all fine! We can recommend!

It's a beautiful standing caravan with an eye for detail. Jozien always responded to my messages and thought along. We were very happy we could come later and that there were extra blankets. With the stove on, it was also easy to do this time of year. We were there for other things than the campsite so not much of that. Thanks for a nice weekend away.

Gezina was a very nice and welcoming host. We really enjoy our stay and definitely recommend this lovely place. Nice cottage in a quiet holiday park where you can stay well with 8 people. It is a nice and quiet area where there is more than enough to do, but due to the jacuzzi it is also wonderful to stay in the cottage. In addition, there is a large garden near the cottage where you can sit comfortably. We had a nice weekend!
